It simply had to happen at some point, and we guess there's no better time for "some point" than right now. Sony has just issued a bunch of new 3D HDTVs, but already the company is worried about the next big thing. And that thing is most likely glasses-free 3D. Even Sony knows that one of the biggest barriers to seeing a boost in at-home 3D adoption is the necessity to wear 3D glasses in order to enjoy the content, which can become expensive for a family for four and almost intolerable for a group watching an 27 Aug, 2010
